Welcome to our office!
My name is Lois, and I am the office manager here at Ray of Light Chiropractic. I have been working with Dr. Laura at the office since 2010, running the front desk and making sure everything in the office runs smoothly. From insurance claims to social media outreach I handle it all here at Ray of Light! I am the smiling voice you hear on the phone if you call our office, and the first face you see when you walk in. My favorite part of the job is getting to know patients and learning new things about everyone at each appointment. I love spending time with clients, both adults and children, and am more than happy to look after little ones in the lobby while parents are being adjusted. When I am not in the office, I love spending time with family and friends, and travelling both near and far. Over the years working with Dr. Laura I have learned quite a bit about chiropractic, and would be more than happy to answer all questions anyone may have. Feel free to give us a call at 978-887-9889, I would love to hear from you!
My name is Rachel, and you might see me at the office every once in awhile helping Dr. Laura and Lois out when I’m home from school. I just completed my first year as a Nursing major at Worcester State University, and I am loved every minute of it! I’ve been coming to the office since early 2014, and started helping to keep the office running smoothly in late 2015. In the spring of 2016 I did an internship with Dr. Laura through Masconomet Regional High School’s senior internship program in order to learn more about the healthcare field that I will be entering once I obtain my degree in nursing in 2020 (fingers crossed!!). What I like most about being a part of this office is being able to get to know all of Dr. Laura’s wonderful patients. Patient interaction is the main reason behind why I want to become a nurse, and I am extremely lucky to have the chance to experience it early with such kind people. I hope that during my breaks I can come back and meet even more new patients, but for now my focus is on learning how to care for patients of my own in the future!
I am looking forward to meeting you!
